A life spent traveling to new places, experiencing the culture of your destination firsthand, and making new friends is a life well spent.

Do one thing every day that scares you
Try your hand at doing one thing that terrifies you the most every day. If you’re afraid of the ocean, try snorkeling. If you’re scared of heights, try skydiving. Do something every day that slowly eliminates the fears that have haunted you for so long.

Learn a new language
Learning the language of a country helps you delve deeper into their culture, heritage and history. Learn at least one language before you die. Conversing in a foreign language is always fun!

Make a difference in someone’s life
It’s never too late too make an impact in someone’s life, and no deed is too small or insignificant. Help at least one person selflessly, and with complete commitment. High-school is truly the best time of our lives, no matter how much we might hate it, to begin with. It’s the period during which we make innumerable memories, and meet people who leave a powerful impact in our lives. So, if it’s five or fifty years since you graduated, make time to organize a high-school reunion. Catching up with old friends and reminiscing about the most wonderful days of your life is something you’ll cherish forever.

Learn how to play an instrument
It could be a guitar, banjo, ukulele, piano, or a violin. With the latter, you can choose an array of violins for sale and see which one best fits you. Learning how to play an instrument is very good for your brain and helps in improving your concentration.

Swimming with dolphins and sting-rays has always fascinated me. There’s just something so alluring about this marine creatures. With their natural habitats being threatened, it is important to ensure that they are taken care of, and given all the love they deserve!

It’s not as easy as it sounds! Although it requires loads of preparation and training, running a marathon is exciting nonetheless. Moreover, some marathons support charitable organizations, and help to raise money for important causes, like cancer-prevention, helping the homeless, conservation of wildlife and biodiversity, etc.

It’s always nice to adopt a pet, instead of buying one. Most of the dogs at shelters are rescued and have never had a safe, loving home and environment. Adopting a stray would be a noble deed!

Going on a road-trip is definitely more exciting than flying. Although it is exhausting and time-consuming, driving across your country would certainly be fun! Besides, the sheer happiness that come with traveling with the people you love is inexplicable. :)
