how fake it is or forced, it releases serotonin which tricks the body into

3. It’s contagious

-Heidi Klum

4. It makes you happier

So the next time you feel sad or upset, try smiling. Suddenly you will feel happier — and therefore you—feel better.

5. A Smile can make others happy as well

As stated above, smiling is contagious, therefore when you smile you make others smile as well, you make them happy.

6. Lowers your blood pressure

As you smile, endorphins go up and blood pressure comes down. Those who have monitored their blood pressure both before and after smiling show a big difference.

7. Smiling makes you seem successful

People who smile appear more confident, and are more likely to get a promotion and more likely to be approached.

So smile as much as you can, and remember that – Every day you spend without a smile, is a lost day.
